This nicely presented 5 bedroom villa is situated by Burriana Beach and each of the villa’s three spacious terraces has sea views. The communal swimming pool is just a few metres away. The beach is just a 1 - 2 minute walk away, and a 10 minute stroll takes you to the centre of Nerja.

Accommodation is arranged on three levels. On the upper and middle floors there are two bedrooms and on the lower floor, one bedroom. Each floor has its own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen (with full size oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave), comfortable lounge with satellite/cable TV and terrace. This unique layout enables the villa to accommodate a large holiday group or more than one family, yet the additional facilities and space provide an element of privacy on each level.
